Holidays Single parents with teenagers in the UK?
I want to have my two children (one boy and one girl) on holiday this summer, as it may be the last time before my daughter goes to college. We have a lot of money and want to go somewhere in the south of England, but how the hell I can keep two teenage fun?! I have at least grateful they are willing to consider with me. I will be happy to read a book and relaxing, and we can eat but I just hate camping, so any ideas welcome!
Has tried to contact small families, the tour operator that specialize only in providing holidays for single parents. Small families use a very nice resort in Torquay (do not worry, not a tent in sight!). The groups are usually about 10 single-parent families (mothers and parents) children +, for children to have instant new friends and parents have adult company name. The hotel has a large games room, indoor and outdoor entertainment program at night, (All you need then is the time!). Web site is www.singleparent.travel

probably going on holiday on my own as all my peers are connected with the ladies. I am not willing to disappear from my car on holiday, but not going to sit on my ass. any suggestions for a unique holiday. 2-3 weeks ish. money no problem. around January-March time.suggestions apprciated.thanks
Look ... I know this will sound strange ... About 6 years ago, I spoke to a woman on the internet. We talk a lot and decided to meet. I had never been outside Europe ... She was Persian and living in Tehran. We decided to meet in Dubai ... so ... I went on a blind date in Dubai. Was the greatest moment of my life completely exceptional. I will never forget of every second of time we spent there. I'm not saying this is what everyone should do .... I'm just saying ... not limit your options! Do not just go on vacation ... do something crazy !!!!!
