Need help finding a good package but frugal wedding on a cruise ...?

We have to pay for my side of the family who could not afford to go if you do not pay. And we're tight for money too ... but I've been putting off money, and do not know what to do .... We mde the date of August 21, 2006. We've gotten nowhere Scince I started looking for packages. I am sooo frustrated I told him that would a courthouse, of course said nothing and I was not serious, I'm just discouraged ...
