Discount cruises for single adults?

Does anyone have information that the cruise lines offer this? My uncle lost his wife a year ago and need to leave the house. He is a man smart, handsome, charming, well dressed, about 70 years and is an exceptional dancer. When I was in Holland America at Christmas some people we met, "said his father often would cruise at very favorable prices specifically to dance with single women age, because there is a shortage of single men mature in most of the cruisers, but no I can remember what cruise lines lights. It said it would take a special badge that showed he was there as a dance partner. Has anyone heard of this or know how to call, and cruise lines can offer something like this?
