what is the best all inclusive vacation for young couples, but I can not get out of NY?

i can not leave the state. so I'd like something in PA, Hamptons, Long Island, etc.

PA is out, not in New York. All inclusive in New York? Hmmm, I do not think so. You may have to go somewhere in the Caribbean.
