Law Australia vacation?

I'm looking to move from Canada to Melbourne, Australia, and I'm sure what the real holiday entitlement is typical. Are you beginning usually 20 days plus all national holidays and sick leave etc? Or is 20 days I am constantly seeing usually all inclusive? I would like to move to a management position that does make a difference. I would appreciate any and all responses I get here. Thank you

This has undergone some changes recently and varies somewhat from industry to industry and employer to employer. If you are a contractor is not entitled.
